Led Lights On 82-84 Dashes ???
Is it possible to get Plug and play Led Lights
for 82-84s ?
On 85-92s they look pretty cool but the illumination system is
totally different,it lit each number and bar
but on 82-84's the illumination comes from the borders
of the dash ...
what you think ?

I did the red light mod on my 83 gauge package, by removing the cluster from the dash, and then take all the seperate instruments out of the pod.
Now all i did, was to paint the entire inside of the pod, and the backs of all the gauges with florescent red paint, then reassemble.
It's just that easy, and you use the standard clear bulbs also.
I found this out when I wanted red lights in my 79 T/A, and took the gauges out of my 10th Ann. T/A to see how they did it.
Give it a try, I was very pleased with the results
You can find the paint at home improvement stores, or arts & crafts stores.
