Have you checked out obvious things like broken wires, fuse panel, etc.? You can take it to autozone/checker and they can do a basic test on your electrical system as well for free altho i dont know if that would help you. Im not too keen on when they switched from mechanical to electric speedos but if its mechanical (which i doubt) you may just need a new cable. As far as the blinker not working when you flip the switch for it inside does the indicator light stay a solid color or what? It could be you just need a new bulb. The only thing i dont know about if you would want to do yourself is the oil guage, because if its not just a bad wire you may have to take your dash apart.

i read it as mph anyways, so its all good.

for your blinker all you need to do is change out the bulb. thats what the solid light means. check all your connections and fuses and change out that bulb and then get back on here again. sometimes in your trunk theyll be extra bulbs laying around ( i always leave some in in case one goes out i can get it fixed real quick, the previous owner couldve done the same) otherwise go to any auto store and they only cost a few bucks. if you dont know which one to get, just ask.
