your not alone.. but i couldnt understand what all the fuss was about when i took mine off, socket with an extension is all you need, deep socket btw
manually open the headlamp and lay down and reach up from underneath the car

i had to hacksaw one of mine off, was so smashed in there was nothing to get ahold of anymore :P

Forget about getting at the nuts from underneath. You practically have to be one of those people that can stretch in every direction to get around all the stuff on the bottom. Take out the headlight... It takes a lot less time then you think and is a lot easier when you have to realign the cover with the fender.

once you take off the bottom plastic, and open the headlight.. there is nothing to get around, took me all of 2 minutes, and that was only because it was rusty and i could only get like an 8th of a turn at a time

Update

Update. Well worked for about 4 hours yesterday taking off the bumper, hood and drivers fender and I got the new fender on yesterday as well.

Today this morning got the front bumper off in about 10 minutes got the right passenger side on but having tons of trouble with the drivers side, took out the lights like you guys suggested huge help but trouble lining eveything up, I finally got the top 2 bolts on the driver side down and am working on the rest I forgot to take the clips out of the old bumper and transfer them so I'm regreting that now, one quesition how do the front fender ground effects attach to the fender/bumper? I have a Firebird but got a T/A bumper and plan on getting the gfx for the fender just not sure how to install?

Speaking of which, does anyone know where to get those push-pin things that hold the lower portions of the bumpers to the supports and the plastic fender pieces to the actual fenders? I have about 1/4 of how ever many I need and don't know where to find them.
