How hard is it to replace the speedometer cable??? Im pretty sure mines shot because the speedometer sits at 0 the no matter what and the odometer isn't working either. Would it be to hard to replace myself, or should i just take it to a shop and have them replace it?

You can find a lot of information using the search, but to make it short and sweet, I would first disconnect the speedo cable at the transmission, then hook the cable to a drill motor and spin it to see if the speedo works. If it does, then I would look at your speedo gears to see if they're ok.
