Yeah was going to use that but there are alot of steps u have to take. And than they said to hose that first step off with water.I'm doing my floor boreds so don't want todo that. With that stuff u just have to wire wheel it than blow all the crude off and brush it on.Will that POR 15 work with out all the other steps u have to take?

First of all, you have incorrct information. I bought 3 things; Metal Ready, Marine Clean, and por 15 rust protective paint(black). I wire wheeled and scratched up the new smooth patch panels in my wheel wells so the por 15 had something to adhere to. I then using Marine Clean(degreaser) and let it dry. After it dryed, I sprayed on metal ready(neutralizes rust / zinc coats). After it soaked, you rinse it with water. The apply por 15 when all is dry again.

I know its a pain with the steps, but it isnt as hard as it sounds. I'de highly recommend por 15 to anyone.

oh yea, if por 15 is going to be exposed to sunlight, you need to buy a top coat for it.
