My car stinks

Hey guys, so I bought my car like 3 weeks ago, and have tried everything I can to get rid of the smell of cigarettes from it! It's espescially strong when I leave the car in the heat, which is typically when I go to hang out with friends, so it's kind of embaressing when they go in the car and it just wreacks lol.

Today I went over it with a uh, steamer i guess it is? It's like a vacuum cleaner, but you shoot water out of this nozzle thing and then suck out the water after letting it soak for 2 - 3 minutes and it gets rid of the dirt and grime inside the clothes (figured it was due for this anyways, very very dirty from 18 years of neglect).

If this doesnt work, is there anyone out there with experience getting rid of the smells of cig's from your car? I know a lot of us have bought our cars from other folks which didnt have the same standards for our cars, so there's gotta be someone in the same boat as me

Thanks in advanced guys

The coffee works real good, It also helps if you can let the car air out. I had a car that was horrible and left it outside with the doors open for awhile and coffee grounds on the floor. After a few days the smell was gone and never came back. You do need to watch the weather and such tho
