I was bidding on 4th gen leather seats on ebay and noticed the only feedback the seller had, which was negative. The feedback basically called him a criminal and said that he never shipped the item to the winner.

I contacted the disgruntled winner of that auction for more information. She wrote:

"I lost my money. Do not buy from this guy. He will not ship. I already paid him then never heard back. Then I emailed him from a different email account asking if it was still available he said "yes the winning bidder never paid" this tells me he never had any intention to ship it. Then when I confronted him he said I was a snake. He said he reversed the payment but nothing has been done. HE IS A CRIMINAL."

The auction was over the other day for these seats. And now he has them back up for auction not even 24hrs later. BEWARE!

 

Thanks for the heads up! It makes ya wonder how many people he ripped off!

 

Someone should contact Ebay

 

I just checked the auction again. It says paypal only.

If the original buyer used PP, they would be more than happy to settle the issue. I wonder what the deal was?

 

He says shipping will be $45. This seems awefully low as all the other seats I've seen were between $75-$150 to ship.

 

In the feedback comments the bidder says that paypal is processing her refund. And the seller also says the payment was returned.

 

What posted was what I recieved from . I contacted her to see why she left that seller with a negative.

-the seats were up for auction on sunday for a five day listing. They ended yesterday and 12:30pm. And one day later on the morning of aug 7(saturday - today) he has them up for auction again? Something smells a little fishy to me.

Also, I neglected to mention that I emailed him(before the thought that he was a fraud) to ask about the mark on the rear driver's side seat. He replied that it was a fade mark and that, "I still have the seats for sale, contact me if you want them." Meanwhile, this is when they are up for bidding on ebay. I'll put any amount of money on this that this guy is what atlanticcoastskates said.
