2nd gen rear spoiler on 3rd gen

Has anyone tried putting a 2nd gen rear (style) spoiler on a 3rd gen firebird/ trans am. I really like the shaker hood set-up and I'm thinking I would like to have a different style spoiler also.

Also how do you think it would look?

He said for a Firebird, not a Camaro. I'm going to try to either build from scratch or modify a 5-inch spoiler to fit the firebird in the next year or so. I'm not up to that stage in my project yet though. It'd be great if Hawks were to make a firebird version though. The only thing i would want different on the center section would be to have a lip on the bottom that is vertical against the back side of the deck lid before it angles back. This would help eliminate that big billboard effect when viewed from directly behind the car.

one more thing to reply to the original post, I have a 2nd gen spoiler from a T/A and there is no way it will mount right up to a 3rd gen rear. The center section isn't wide enough and the corners are too wide. The angles aren't right for mounting it either.
