where to get front floor pan

where to get front floor pan

i am looking for just the front section of the floor pan like 3 inches past the seet mount to the fire wall where can i get them any clues

they both have the full pans but i only need 3 inches after the bend down from the fire wall i think i am going to have to go cut one out at a yard

why dont you get some metal from some place and do it and not go to the junk yard. thats what i'm doing for a hole in my floor pan, mine is right by the clutch

becaus when i am done this car will be a show car and i want to do it right

in the works on a ls1 t56 swap and 4th gen seats going to run it for a year like that then hit it with some boost

wouldnt you be better off just to replace it from the firewall to the backseats? thats what im doing to my RS,that way i know its new & shouldnt have any problems.

BTW,they dont make just the front potions of floorpans,do they???

i dont know thats y i am asking if any one knows were to get them. they make them for all the first and second gen cars.

and besides that small area my floors are mint so i dont want to have to replace them

If you really want to do it right, then replace the floorpans.

The only other option I see, is to get a decent section cut out of a junk F-Body, and weld the piece into yours.

But there's a good chance you'll have a hard time finding a decent one in the first place, because they all seem to rust in the same floorboard areas. But good luck with it!
