Yep they'll fit, look, and feel perfect, lots of guys are gonna tell you to search though, so I'll start the trend I guess. Do a search and you'll find LOTS of info on 4th gen seats and all the other great 4th gen stuff that swaps into our cars

Those are '97 T/A seats in my '84 T/A

should definately use the search. INfact, there's a sticky at the top of the site about it, it says "4th gen compatability list" neway, yes, they bolt in no problem. If they're power, just run it to the cigerette lighter, and you shouldnt' have much of a problem.

TPI,

with that, you've given him all types of ideas on how to make his car down for 3 months.

Its deff. a work in progress.

Boost Gauge , and 2 otheres will go in the center vents.

The seats are Deff nice but I think Im gona sell em and go with some Nice leather Race seats. I just put these in for now to mock up the Roll bar. everything is comeing back out now to dynomat the complete car and paint it.

Bolted a set of fourth gen seats in my 88. Didn't' like they way they sit. Too much bolster at the front and too darn hard overall. These seats were about new from a 93 and they were pretty stiff. I'd suggest you try them first.

Tom's reasoning is exactly why i love my 4th gens. Firm, stiff, good support, sit a tad lower than in my 3rd gen maro seats i had in the bird.

And Phil,
What makes ur seats not just regular firebird seats. In America, camaro's never got those.

Seeing as how they came in thirdgens first, I would venture that they would in fact fit... but you'd know that if you searched yes?

They'll fit only if you buy new I-pipe bearings. Only because you need to drill new holes for the seats tracks, and the new holes interfere with the stock I pipe.

dunno, for some reason, euro spec 98 - 2002 Camaro's got firebird seats. we never got the firebird, either, and all our 'oficcial' camaro's were still left hand drive..

perhaps there was some type aproval issue with the camaro style seats..

Probably due to the lack of adjustable head rests.

I just slapped a pair of 97 Z28 seats in my 88 Formula,

covers? like the color combo....but alwaysh ad a problem with the fit of the covers, such as the red/black ones in the white LS1 3rdgen from spertech? Thought the color combo was beautiful, but the fit was a tad loose compared to stock.

Mine look lose in the pics but those were just after I put them on. One hour in the sun and they were less wrinkled and fit real nice.

good stuff, would love to see an updated pic, as most i've seen (they're probalby just after instilation) but they are crinkled, etc.

Did u try throwing them in the dryer prior to install? Can help w/ that profitted look. Do like the color combo though.
