I'm in the market for a new hood and have browsed through several thirdgen.org sponsers and I can't quite make up my mind. If anyone has an opinion on what company (thirdgen sponser) makes the best quality/looking hood please post! I'm in a dilema!

On a Camaro, I think a 4" cowl looks very nice, though I just saw a pic on the boards of someone with a very aggressive-looking 2" (looked small) cowl hood.

I know ASCD makes an SS-style Ram Air hood as well, but it depends on the rest of your car for that. For that hood, you need to have the high-rise spoiler off a 91-92 Z28 and 91-92 gfx, imo.

Though if it were my money, I'd probably just buy a fiberglass IROC/Z28 styled hood w/ louvres. Then again, I don't care a whole lot for a flashy car. Don't get me wrong, I love well-done cars, but its not for me personally. I'd rather spend money on parts to make my car lighter and put out more power.

Stock hood doesn't fit on my camaro (hits about an inch from latching) I just totaled a 4inch cowl hood by forgetting hood pins.

Do you think the twin turbo style hoods look good? I'm also running 295/50 rear so the cowl kinda looked good I'm mid sized and looking over that 4inch cowl was a PAIN

I really dont like the looks of the Iroc turbo hood. If you are getting a hood from one of the sponsors I would get the SS hood.

i have the twin turbo hood on my car and i have no complaints. if you ever decide to turbo or supercharge ur car this hood will definitely cool things down under the hood.
