Yes you may, you will just have to get a new key cut for it with the correct resistance pellet for your car

It has to be the same code? I am getting it with a key. Is it hard to change?

You do have VATS in your car do you not? If you want your car to start then you will need a key with the same resistance value as your old key in order for it to work. BTW, the code value in the keys cannot be changed. That is why you will need to get a new key unless you just happen to get lucky and get a key with the correct code value in it.

if you dont want to use vats... then you can get a hole new ignition switch and key at like advanced auto parts for like 20 bucks... i had to replace one in a sport coup i had way back due to loozing the keys to the car lol... any way its not hard at all... but because you prolly have vats its going to be a bit harder to do but not anything u cant do your self at home.....

word of advice though be very very careful of your singnal light switch the small parts that it consist of will fall apart if messed with to much....
