clear headlight covers

where can i get them?? has anybody ever made them??? i saw a maroon one with clear ones, but i dont' know if he made them or not...i was just thinking about making my own brackets and usuign some 1/8th inch plexi or something...think this will work??

only way i know of getting them is buying them from some place in Japan (saw a them on a website), or by making your own

yea thast why i think if i decide to put them on i'm gonna make my own..then i can make nice sturdy brackets and whatnot...i was just wondering if anybody has some pics.

then i can make nice sturdy brackets and whatnot

that would be a good idea....you could probably extend the brackets to your radiator support and bolt them there...or something like that

GTS

GTS used to make the clear type covers, I had them for my 84

I have two left sides ones somewhere.

1st time the right side one flew off, or got stolen not sure.

2nd right one, someone forgot to set their ebrake in the parking lot, and their car backed right into it.

so I gave up on them.

I would love to get some too. I figure plugging up those two huge holes in the front of my car will help with aerodynamics some. Plus the realy do look good.
