installed my EQ, does the installation and location look alright?

I really had nowhere else to install it..and I wanted a custom look...so..I mounted it here:

It's debateable... I think it would look better if it had a black bezel instead of silver.

werd, i think black would look better, but you hav to paint it good not sloppy then yall be all set

I did this on paint (wish I had photoshop) just to get an idea of how it would look. Looks like I'm going back to the garage

Muuuuuuuch better. And who cares what time it is? I was up until 1:30 in the morning last weekend working on my weatherstripping. When I did my brakes I was up until 3am. And back when I had my first Camaro (84 SC), I installed the sub box in the trunk at night while it was snowing. Working on cars is the best.

I would say leave it white. You're gauges are white, tach is white (silver?).

I dunno if you can buy this part, but the previous owner of my 91Z had the EQ right under the Deck. When I took it apart I guess the mounting bracket (that the deck mounts into) was made to accept both. I think the install you did looks slick.

I still have that mount somewhere... it came in an install kit that I bought at Pep Boys a while back.

looks good to me, but even if you dont like it, you done drilled holes in your maro man, you cant really go drillin holes everywhere till you decide you like it
