Got lazy and got too close with a power washer, blew paint off my front end

If the paint came off the front bumper, then you'll have to paint the whole front bumper. You'll need to "featheredge" the paint surrounding the bare spot so that the transition from paint to plastic is smooth. Bare plastic requires an adhesion promoter.
You can get away with painting only the bare and featheredged areas, but you'll have to clear the entire bumper. If the surrounding paint looks like it might come off, then you may want to strip the entire bumper.

haha, well I guess that answers my question as to whether I can use a power-washer to strip the paint off my car when I decide to paint it atleast.....
yeah man, you'll have to repaint the front fascia in order to get it looking right again :-/
