fixing ground effect

Is there a way to repair the front ground effect for 91-92 camaros? mine has a crack on both corners on the bottom and the very front has been worn down so much that it has came appart from the underside. I've heard of plastic welding but don't know anything about it, i havent seen any posts about it either, I'd like to save my grounf effect.

what should i do?

I had previously outlined a repair method here
I should probably re-do as a tech article and ask for a sticky...
If the repair is clean and you take your time...this will never fail!!!

If you want to buy a brand new 91-92 style front spoiler, simply go to www.gmpartsdirect.com and enter this part number
16514355
Last time I checked it was like $140 but it is brand new.
