I was supposed to get something like this, except with bird symbol, and in black with red raised flames, but the guy off ebay took my money and stiffed me:

If anyone knows where i can still get this done, let me know through PM.

I'm in the process of a complete interior overhaul which will include custom door panels. I'm still throwing around several designs and a couple of off-the-wall ideas. Should be done before the end of the year ... I'll post pics as soon as I'm finished.

Here's a pic of what they looked like before...
I recovered them in white vinyl. One of the easiest things I've ever done. They were a pain to keep clean though...

I just put mine in actually.
What I did was strip off basically all the carpeting fabric junk and the trim.

Covered the door panel in batting ( You can find it in a fabric store, it's used to make blankets) to smooth out any bumps and ridges and then covered it in fabric. I used 3M spray glue to hold it on and 1/4 inch staples in the back to make it extra tight.

Before

After

and installed

jack_sparrow: everytime I see that picture I think "damn that looks out of place" then I see it with the door closed and I love it. Ties in with the interior/roll cage perfectly.

IIRC from fatal answering this in a post a good while back, he chopped up a 4thgen doorpanel, a little custom cutting/upholstery, laid it out on a backer traced off a 3rdgen panel and attached a 3rdgen sill trim to the top tp make it fit like it was made for the door (and it was, too).
Pretty sure that's mostly correct anyways....
