Side shots of under dash tachs plz

When i get a 5" tach i want to put it underneath my dash (over my HVAC controls). The only problem is that i already have switches there for various electronics. Does anyone have a side shot ( passenger to drivers side ) of their tach or know how much room is between the top of the tach and the vents? Thankx everybody.

5" tachs are for civics.

I know its lit up at 3500, I set it low to get the light pic, not that my LO3 will rev high anyway lol.

Im not going to go with the 4th gen dash, so i have much more room to play around. I also want to know that im getting acurate readings when i put the new engine. It will go along with a few others that I plan to install. If you didnt want the tach though, just the shiftlight would be the way to go.

the same would work for the 3rd gen dash. i like the stealth look, but the tachs do mount quite nice under the a/c vents too. seems to be a common place for them.

the civic post was a lil bit a sarcasim, i dont guess you caught that.
good luck.

I took it a little more literal and came off a little harsh. I changed it becuase i realized there is no reason to be rude over such small things. If people didnt differ in opinions, we'd never see anything new.
