Shawn, In my honest opinion, i dont like anything you listed besides the Roll Bar. The roll bar would look sick, i herd its PITA to install tho.. I think our stock 3rd gen interior is awesome esp if you have the leather options.

I like everything but the seat color. I think tan just looks ugly. I'd get a black seat or a black seat with silver accents. It would match the rest of the stuff.

i like it except the steeering wheel design. the extinguisher is a nice touch and would be useful in an emergency,

i agree with nick on this one. the roll bar would be sweet, but the rest of the stuff belongs in a honda.
the seat wouldnt be bad if they were black.
do you plan on doing your entire interior in tan? or just the seats?

those extinguishers are kinda expensive arent they like 50$ or somthing- i got my first alert fo 8.99 at walmart- its an automobile extinguisher, its permanently mounted next to my spare tire, if i ever need it its there- i just dont think a chrome one is neccesary- jmo though

I really think everything will match well. Since your sticking with beige, I think the seats you ordered will go very well too. The onlt thing I'm not real crazy about is the shifter ****. If it were me...I would just go with a Mega Shifter...they are alot harder to install...but i think it owuld match the interior really well. I give you a

I'm not crazy about the shift light, but if you mount it tastefully, I think it would look good. As far as the chome extinguisher that some people don't like, go for it. Chome extinguishers (as well as neons) were around long before the import scene came along. I know you already ordered the stuff, but I'd make sure that your extinguisher is a Halon extinguisher ($$) and not the regular powder kind, because that stuff is super messy and will rust your car out if you have to use it. The Halon one is a gas, and it basically takes the O2 out of the air and kills the fire (and can kill you or make you pass out if you are inside when you use it, so be careful).
I have a Halon and will mount it somewhere, not sure where yet (car's not running right now), but you'll want to have it somewhere handy just in case that trunk doesn't work and you have to scramble over the back seats and try to yank out the extinguisher from the spare tire area, all while your car is burning. See if you can mount it behind the driver's seat or on the kickpanel area.

You've got a sweet car. Please don't ruin it by placing that ugly ri<er light on the dash.

hey shawn18jgr, if you do go with a shift light, let me know. I know a perfect spot to mount it....it's hidden, but still very visible. It won't look tacky or anything
I used to have a shift light, but got rid of it. Then I bought a tack...with a built in shift light..and it looks great too

liked the looks of everything, wheel doesn't really bother me either, and i doubt it'll clash much with the interior, only time i've seen tan wheels are on newer vehicles (which do look nice) but you can keep the one you've got , should look fine. I'd almost think that a beige shifter boot with beige and aluminum shifter ball would look sick, and give a clean "customed" "american" look to it, not crazy racy like the hondas are going for. Think the seats look nice, and having them in a beige instead of a black is going to give a more "stock" appearance, instead of some "hot-rodded" look.
I'm not so much a fan of the rollbar or the racing harness, the shift light i can deal with, just make it look nice, hmm, lil' tan leather cover made for it ? that'd be kinda nice. But, on the racing stuff, i've never been a big fan of the pro-stock look that was all the rage in the 80's (looks cheap). Lots of Chrome (looks cheap) or anything the sort. your car doesn't look pro-stockey which is nice, good looking wheels, low-profile tires, heritage racing stripes, etc. I think the look will be very very nice and complete. It's your car, do as you please, and post pics when done, it'll probably be a very nice looking camaro.

Did your stuff come in yet? I am interested in the seats. How they feel? Supportive, comfertable, etc... Also, will they bolt up, or did you have to use their sliders? Have to drill new mounts?

Hey Shawn, you and i have pretty much the same things on our "to-do list".
its almost identical except the quick release hub
is that cage the one from RKsport? im having a friend of mine build me a custom 6point cage, like Kandied's cage. im also going with the same seat but in black. the shift **** i got off a 03 cobra(yeah i know a ford part) but its a 6 speed ****.
i have a question for ya.. do you have the seats yet? im wondering about the brackets.. i dont suppose you have demensions on those? i see Sparco have brackets specially for 82-92 camaros but i dont know if those will bolt to the Jegs seat.
