Quick wiper problem

my wipers are the kind that have the delay and when in park they cant be pulled up or anything but recently after i shut them off my passenger side wiper wont go down all the way and i can push it down to where it is supposed to go and lift it back up to the point where it was out of place...

it seems like something has loosened up the other wiper (dr side) goes all the way down and is kinda locked into place when the wipers arent being powered but the pass side is loose whats the problem? is there a screw or something that needs to be tightened? HELP

My passaenger wiper is having issues too.It goes up and down fine but theres a 1/8 inch gap between the blade and the window. So I havent attempted this yet but I think if you remove the cowl screen carefully there might be some bolts that need to be tightened that mount to the wiper motor might have came loose over time.Im not sure so I hope someone with exp w/ this problem post sooner than later
