I believe http://www.procarparts.com still sells them. I have 2 1991 Camaros and they look pretty cool at night... but what a PAIN in the *** they are to install. Well, to "secure" to the guages anyhow. My "driver" worked fine for a month or so, then I noticed my speedo needle was hanging at 50 mph. I have to tap the dashpad or slow down dramatically to get it unstuck. ;]
Unfortunately, these "EL" guage faces from procarparts come with no instructions or peel-n-stick adhesive on the backs. I used little dabs of superglue here-n-there to "tack" them on. Lemme see if these pics show here.

I was considering getting the overlays for the firebird gauges from there... now that I hear that, it kinda turns me off...

I've got the gauges from procarparts on my Camaro and I love them. I've never had a problem, and I used rubber cement to hold them in place. Works great.

I don't think PCP sells ones for your IROC though. I think I saw them on eBay once, but I think PCP sells ones only for 91-92 style gauges.

ive got white faced overlays from Duranged Design...might i say for 20$ these are the best quality out there...they lined up perfect over top of the gauges.

They are decals and easy to put on if u just spray them with soapy water first..

The Decals came with a white overlay for AC controls and also the Shift plate...came with full intructions on how to do everything...

Ill post pics after i get my car back from the shop.

I put the white overlays on, havent got the AC/Shift Controls on and i just ordered some LED replacement bulbs so ive yet to put those in either.
