are these for those ugly louvers?

my camaro has these brackets on the back,
are they for the r3dneck louvers?

what qualifys a part for a car as "*******"? how can a part be stereotyped as a kind of person- many 3rd gens have louvers- and with the right kind of car they look great- im from NJ- never been down south and i think that,and yes i think those brackets are for louvers-

those arent for the factory louvers they may be for the aftermarket kind with the funny looking sides
