Need help fixing my 4th gen dash pad

Here's the thing, i have installed the 4th gen dash, door panels and console and i need help with a few things.

1. The dash pad keeps popping up with only velcor holding it down, anyone have any ideas how i could fix this?

2. The A pillar, dont know if i should put the plastic from the 4th gen on or not, any ideas on either making it fit nicely or doing something else with this???

thanks.

1) Mine holds fine. Doesn't yours have the metal clips on it too? Mine does. Don't know if they all did or not? Try some more velcro on it.

2)Try doing a search for the a pillars. SOmeone just posted pics of theirs a month or two back. They used the 4thgens.

the metal clips will hold it fine. mines been in for a few months, tho i still havent got any pics of my a pillars, ive cut and chopped, did a lil massaging and they fit near pefect.
metal clips are a must.
i had a junk one from the junkyard and it didnt have any clips on it, and there was a big hunch just on the passenger side of the instrument cluster "hump"
