hardest to repair

Ok guys for all u that have done body work on these cars. What is the thing u can not stand to repair. Cuz I have a bunch of them.lol
1 The little quter side maker lights. Trying to reshape them.

add away guys. Maybe we can add some helpfull hints if someone knows a easier way to do something

1. Rust on the firewall...not fun
2. As said above, reshaping the side marker lights. I have not done that yet, but I know what it is like
3. Aligning the fender......meaning the gap between the fender and the door....not fun by any means on these cars.......even if it IS an OEM fender!!! lol

The hardest thing we have done was cutting out a rusted windshield frame and fabricating a new one.

I'm doing an LT1 swap now, and that's definitely not easy, but.. I hated replacing the window motors.

Firebird quarter panels/Re-shaping the outer lip of the wheel well...They got this little ridge that HAS to be perfect.


Oh Yeah!! and I almost forgot...I dislocated my shoulder when trying to take the hatch struts off to remove the hatch, I was hyper-extended on one arm and tried to knock the strut off with the other. (when I first got the car about 13 years ago...) It was the first one i had ever worked on at that time.

Ok I forgot that little lip on the quter. that is a pita.
