i just had my car painted black and they painted the door handles the same colour as the car. i want to paint them the same colour that they use to be, its like a flat black, the same colour as the camaro light pockets (pic below) can someone tell me what colour that is??

i plan to paint it my self to that orignal colour, that flat black can i get it anywere or is it a special paint or something? also i want to do it my self, do i sand the handle down to bare metal? do i prime it first? how do i do this?
