map lights

map lights
Can someone please tell me if 1992 z28 came with map lights on the rear view mirror. My mirror has it but the connector isnt connected into anything and i cant find the female connected in the headliner.

I've seen some with it. I think these only have the driver side light switch though right? But it should be there....if not you just need to snag a connector from a junkyard and wire it into the dome light

I've found that the other light is either on all the time or when you turn on your headlights (Ive only noticed it when my headlights are on), but I believe its used to luminate the console. Thats where it shines, and the only reason I can think of.
