Cure for a wet interior
I saw the thread (oops I feel stupid) and thought I would share my little trick with everyone. If your interior gets wet you know
what a wonderful smell that can produce. If you hang a regular
droplight (not flour) in your car it will dry it out with no smell. I heard this from a hardcore 4X4 guy. I did not think this would work but my int. got wet and I tried it. It worked just like he said it would. Just make sure you place the light in a position
where it would not start a fire.

Droplight?
Lost a bit in translation over the Atlantic. Do you mean a regular bulb in a cage attached to a long flex? aka inspection lamp over here.

I've used a portable electric space heater before if I'm in a hurry. A work light might take quite a long time. Leave the windows down is even better long as you have a safe place like a garage. Thats what I usually do after steam cleaning the whole car.

I call it the f***in thing that keeps falling while I'm trying to do something. Rarely a good place to hang that thing. Burns me every now and then too. Can't do without it tho. Have to talk to an optomitrist to see if I can get a set of cat eyes transplanted, then I won't need it.

how much do they run? I may be interested in buying a few from ya. But to keep on topic, I left my windows about half way down, as i have a tendency to do. And i used one of those 500 watt flood lights inside the car, and the doors open in the garage.
