SFCs or Roll Cage?

Well, after my 350 is in the car and running great I am either going to install SFC's or a Roll Cage. I can get an unassembled Weld in roll cage for less then $200, or Chromoly Steel Bars for $50.

Which element will add more rigidity to the car, not talking about the safety added, just the chassis rigidity.

Edit, Mods i think this thread goes here, body is sort of chassis, SFC's are for chassis, and roll cage is interior, but both are suspention, sorry, if this is wrong please move it.
