Headliner seatbelt conflict

ok. got a new headliner from Classic Industries, the plastic one. I cut the holes for the seatbelts, but they dont fit. I need to somehow feed the belt through the liner without either end of the seatbelt, but that doesn't work. so WTF. How can you feed either end of the selt belt through the headliner???? Hard to conprende'. I need to get the belt off of the bottom roller assembly, but that can't happen becasue some spring pops out and hits you in the arm(ouch). So how in the hell do I get the belt through the liner with those big *** roll assemblys on both ends of the belt.

Look at your old headliner and you will see a cut on each side that allows the seatbelt to go thru. The plastic piece that clips onto the upper seatbelt assembly covers it when all is put back together. I think some of the early 3rd gens didn't have this cut from factory, just the later ones.
