140speedo/8k tach

140speedo/8k tach
Does any body know how many 1986 trans ams came with this gauge/tach combo. I am wondering because every other Trans Am around here where I live doesn't have them they only have the 120 or or 85 speedo. If they do have the 140 speedo the tach max out 6k
i thought only the H.O.'s received the 140MPH speedometer in '86 and there were only 26 of them made.
edit: it was probably optional though for other trans ams?

My 90 Formula 305 TBI has the 140mph and 8K tach, which I am going to put into my 88 Formula.

WEll I bought my car bone stock from a woman that ran the crap and she was into changing any thing. I just wondering how many had the 140/8k tach. I don't know if my car is high out put and how would I go about find out this information
