i want know if anyone has had wrecked third gens that had bent frames from the accidents and were able to fix them. Pictures would help alot.

Well it's kind of hard to bend the frame on a third gen, since they are unibody cars. The body is the frame in a way. If it is real bad you will almost never get it back to factory straight without serious auto repair know how or shelling out big money. My 89 formula hit a tree on the driverside rear quarter panel, and the whole rearend is shifted to the passenger side. Good luck though.
