Where does this sound deading go?

I putting all of my interior back in, but I've got 3 or 4 sound deadening pieces with black vinyl glued to one side. Two of them are around two and a half feet long, while the other 2 pieces are one and a half feet long. All four pieces are around 10 inches wide. Anyone have an idea of where they go?

The two long pieces have cuts in them, as if they are supposed to travel around a curve.

My thought is they go around the rear fender wells, or around the rear speakers.

The car is a 1982 Trans Am, all stock interior pieces.

Are the sail panels where the speakers are? No pics, I'll see if the haynes manual can help me out.

The stuff I'm refering to doesn't clip into the plastic, it has sticky black vinyl on one side, and the sound deadening carpet on the other side.

hmmm.....kinda hard w/out pics

But my guess is that they go right behind the doors. There are pieces that go there right above the floor.....

I guess to explain better.....the speaker wires come from the front of the car and go to the back speakers. They turn up and go into the rear speakers along the floor. I know there is some sound deadener that goes right over there. Pics would help
