Haven't posted in about a year, but then again I haven't had a third gen for a year. But I just got this 89 V6 auto t-topped beast for 150. Oh the work that needs to be done. But before that, why not paint some flames on it so it doesn't look so boring?
Not to shabby for my first time painting, not to mention my first time doin tribal flames, and I had to do it outside, had to use masking tape to tape it all off, no fancy vynal tape for me, and it was spray paint.
The color is House of Kolors Kandy Organic Green. Its to bad they didn't have the nice fanned nozzles on the can, just had the round spraying nozzle, I think it would have turned out better had it been the fan. Also I underestimated how much paint it would take but it was to expensive to get more.

Tennesse?! You think it's cold in TENNESSE?!?!?! Come up here buddy! Winter is the worst 7 months of the year!!! It ain't COLD in tennesse!!!! LOL J/K dude
BTW nice lookin car I understand completely! If i could, I'd take as much of my car in my apartment to work on
But my neighbors don't like the smell of paint as much as i do apparently. I guess painting a mountian bike frame in your spare bedroom is a no-no.

My 83 T\A , absolutely standard, apart from a respray in the original red.
Not up to the standard of most of the cars here, but i have to import most of what i need, and postage kills it.
Still, there's not too many clogging up our roads.
Re-building the old 305 next year, apart from some chrome under there , and new carb\manifold\dizzy, petrol prices make tuning or a bigger engine, that bit to expensive.

You can get the intake system separate. It's about $1,300.00
to $1,500.00 for your GM dealer. You can even shop online
for online GM dealers for it as well. You can get just the
bare manifold itself with nothing attached, or the entire
system that includes rails, injectors,distributor,etc. I don't
know if you can get the wire harness and ECM separate.
You can either use existing TPI 305/350 wire harness and
modify it to work, or buy the entire wire harness and ECM from
Painless ( That one's plug and play). Or have someone custom
build you one, options are endless!
Here's a link for reference. NOTE: There's a very good amount
for info on Ramjet intake swaps/custom builds now. Just do a search. Very important to know: You need a Vortec adapter manifold for existing L98 heads. Or just get Vortec heads for $500/pair and add another 40hp!

Thanks for the kind words.
Its a shame the little red pontiac stickers on the hubcaps are no longer with us, might just have to use red paint.

my 89 V6. 97 camaro seats, white guage faces, minor engine mods. Had it for about 7 years now. Can't see it in the pic, but the clearcoat is going bad in several places
