Opinions needed on my 4th gen interior swap
Hello fellow 3rd gen members,
About 2 weeks ago I took out my seats to have them reupholstered, I have an 82 with the maroon interior and I have the funky looking seats. Well anyway without having my car because I still have no seats, I ran into the opportunity to buy an interior from a 95 Camaro. The seats are a gun metal grey, they are leather, and I would like to know what you all think. Should I keep it this way, or change back to the original if they ever get finished. I just would like to add, these are some of the most comfortable seats you could ask for in a 3rd gen. I just swapped out the seat tracks, reinstalled the seats and the seat track covers and it took a whole 30 minutes. Keep them or change back?

I'd keep them!! Color difference is kinda odd, but you can always start changing the color of the carpet, trim, seat belts, etc...
edit: or not.. it really doesn't look that bad the more I look @ it!

Thanks for the input, I guess they are growing on me also and they feel good. I am keeping the car original as far as everything else goes so when I get my seats back I just may sell them. I'll let you know.

You know, I have been thinking about that idea and it would look alot better. I am having second thoughts on changing anything though. The car is pretty much as stock as it can get, the only thing that was added was the rear spolier. I guess I have to see how my seats come out when they are finished and I will go from there. Don't you guys think I should keep it stock to the bone?

PM me a message reminding me that you have first dibs so I don't forget. If this guy ever gets done, he told me he could finish in one day, it has been alot longer than that and I only gave him 1 seat.
