Carpet question: Where do these go?

i bought this carpet off of a member on here a while back. I dont know where these two pieces go...anybody have any ideas i think they are the carpet that sits under the center console but im not sure

also, the carpet laid out in the car seems really loose and not form fitted...it was previously out of a camaro i believe. Should i trim it or what?

Looks like sound deadening underneath the side rear plastics, but I'm not really sure.

It's definitely for the sides of the car's center console.

My berli has a carpeted center console, and the carpet looks exactly like that. The carpet cutouts cover the sides of the console.

Thats carpet for the sides of Camaro center consoles. Since you have a Firebird you won't be using it.

how hard it is to remove the carpet from the console? I have that stuff on mine but the lower console is cracked in some places underneath it and I would really like to buy a new console. problemis, almost all of them are paint to match andhave no carpet on them. if its not worth it to try and rip my carpet off then I will just buy these so at least I have them when I decide to drop a few hundred buck for a new console.
