Quick door question.

I'm sure its been asked before, and i know most of the parts are the same, but are 3rd gen Camaro doors, exactly the same as 3rd gen Firebird doors?

If they are it gives me a better chance of locating a good second hand passenger door.
Thanks

there will be minor diferences such as the ground effects and door molding, but you can definetely use one

Are there holes pre drilled in the door for the ground effects btw?

if the door had ground effects on iit the wholes will be there
the holes might not work for you though if the door is off a car with different ground effects

not a problem though, just make a template off your old door for where the holes need to be on the new door

I have to do this same thing with one my doors

Thanks again, unfortunately mines got nothing at all on the outside of the door, so i could do with finding "un-holey" ones.

if you do find one that has ground effects make sure you pull the ground effect piece off the door.....they like to rust there.....if it is good you have to have the holes welded in since yours doesnt have a piece there
