camaro to a trans am shift **** ????

will a square type shift **** from a camaro (auto) fit on a trans am shifter without mods?? anyone have one for sale if it does??

Yes, it fits without a problem. My dads '87 Trans Am has my '89 IROC shifter **** on it.

You can find those ***** in just about any mid 80's to mid 90's GM car that has console shift. I found one I was happy with in a Corsica for like $3 at my local boneyard
