vacumm storage tanks
does anybody know that if you take the two storage vacumm tanks off the car that are located under the car behind the headlights, what that will do, and what do they supply vacumm to

i have two on my car, one right below the battery, and one right below where the stock air box was, so they are only for your a/c

Its just reserve vacuum for the dash air vent control doors. At near and wide open throttle there is no vacuum so all the dash control vents would temporally default to Defrost Mode until vacuum came back.
If you've ever driven an old car from the 1950's you'll notice that the vacuum powered windshield wipers stop when you are accelerating or going up a hill.
