Sunset Orange third gens post here
I'm strongly considering sunset orange for my next shade of paint. I'm curious what it cost, how hard it was to spray, and any shots of a car. I've searched and found numerous pics, but I'd like to get them all in one place for showing friends and get first-hand descriptions of it. Thanks!!!

this is my camaro. its sunset orange(paint code 633h). i sprayed this car myself and it is really easy to spray. i sprayed it is peices. i sprayed from the doors back, then i moved the car out of the both and sprayed the front end. everything matches perfect. keep in mind that this is what i do for a living. i also decided to go with the two tone which everyone told me not to do. in the end i think it turned out awsome.
Here is mine, SOM from the 4th gens (dont know the code sorry). Previous owner sprayed the car this color, to be honest its not my favorite but alot better than an OEM paintjob so I cant complain. I'll eventually re-paint the car as this job done on my car was done wrong. There is apparently no primer coat!! Chipped up my front lip and it appears they just sprayed over the stock maroon red that came on our cars. IMO this throws the color off at some angles. I also see orange peel on some areas, bad prep work. Nice color when done right, but on my list there are 2 or 3 oranges out there that I think looks better.
