Fog light question
Hey I just picked up a used set of fog lights for my '91 'bird and I took them apart to clean them, etc. You know the metal square that is in front of the bulb... well I was wondering what purpose this served and would it be good to remove the "squares," or would the light not reflect out right? Would it make them brighter?

That square frame on the front of the foglights is just trim. I removed mine when they started rusting, they serve no purpose .
