mounting 91-92 Bird spoiler

I have a 89 formula that the wrap around is shot. So I picked up a 91-92 wrap around and I noticed that the mounting holes are different. Any tips on getting this thing mounted up? I assume it is going to involve drilling some new holes.

you need to find the metal trim, that goes around the rear glass, from a 91-92 camaro or firebird and the rear deck lid (with the properly located mounting holes). then the spoiler will go right on.

i don't think so. i believe the only way to make it look right is to have the 91-92 trim.

small, flat screwdriver and VERY slowly. its easier to just change the entire rear glass (if its available). if anyone is close to bakersfield, ca 93314- i have a complete rear glass, trim, spoiler and deck lid for 150.00 picked up.

If it takes changing the glass out also, funk that, I will devise my own way of mounting it.
