Replacement seat upolstery
I ordered new seat covers from Classic industries thinking they would be just like the original fabric and color to match the door panels. They are a different fabric type and the color of the vinyl piping was wrong. They said I can return them for a full refund and even said they would pay for the return shipping, so I'm not upset with Classic ind. My question is where can I get new seat upolstery that looks and feels original. I know Hawks sells some, but are they just like original. My seats are a light grey and grey/ dark grey.

The original material used on the OEM seats is not available anywhere. Everybody gets their seat covers from the same place, so whether you get it from Classic Industries, Hawks, or from me, it will be the same stuff.
Until there's enough demand from the restoration crowd for somebody to step up and manufacture authentic reproduction fabric styles, these covers will be the best available.
One plus is that those seat covers should be much more durable than the original stuff. GM's fabric looked nice, but it was not very high quality.

ya hes right, they do not manufacture that type of fabric anymore and it is very expensive if you do find it.
