gta????

i'm going to look at this car tomorrow, the guy said something like "its not a gta, the guy tricked me that i bought it from"

BUT the car has black gta rims, the 16" ones that are like criss crossed, and it has a trans am hood, and the sideskirts, and everything..... i feel like an idiot asking this, but is there any differences between a trans am and a gta???? i thought they were the same car. this guy has got me confused.

lol after reading thru the site i discoverd that the fastest TA was the 75; Performance times: 0-60 mph @ 11.2 seconds -- 17.9 seconds @ 79.36 mph (quarter-mile, 455 HO) god the 70s sucked for performance... lol n taht was with a 455.. lol when ever u mashed the go pedal on one of those you might as well bust out your stop watch and think "hurry up and wait" lol

A mate in Australia with a 455 equiped T/A is runnning 13's near factory set up. You would be suprised what those engines can do when you delete certain factory emissions gear.

o ya i kno that is what was holding these cars down but it seems to me that at the time the Engineers figured the only way to improve gas miliage and reduce emissions was with low lift low duration cams
