Cracks in a-pillar & more

I have three questions about the body on my 91 Formula.
1. On the drivers side A pillar there are vertical cracks in the paint that are about an inch long and an inch inbetween cracks going all the way from the bottom to the top in a straight line. Anyone know what the heck causes that? The car does have T-tops.

2. How do i adjust the covers on my headlights. They aren't lined up on the same plan as the hood. i adjusted the hood bumpers today and that broght it a lot closer but i was wondering if there is a way to adjust the covers themselves.

3. Rust on the t-top bar. The paint is starting to peel off on the top of the t-top bar and it looks rusted underneith, but solid. Any special tips for taking care of this area?

Thanks for the help.

A-pillar problem- Id need a pic, cant visualize what your asking

Headlight covers- turn the headlights on so they pop up
4x T-15 screws remove the black cover
Theres 2 10mm bolts in front that you have acess to now, and turn the lights off and youll have access to the 2 rear bolts now (these are just the painted cover)
Move it up, down, n all around
Next you can adj the headlight assembly with a lil more cursing if you cant get it 'just right' with just the cover

Rusting T-bar- T-bar is removable, but you have to peel back and re-glue your t-top seals to get to the screws. Snag a good one from a JY or ebay
No sense in a restoring a $15 part unless you HAVE to keep it all original parts

So I can replace the whole bar between the windshield frame & the rear of the roof? Thats sweet and make it a whole lot easier. Anyone have pics of the process to install a new one?

It's a relatively easy job. Go to the JY, find a good bar, remove the weather stripping, remove the screws holding the bar, lightly pry the bar up and learn as you are removing. Instillation is reverse of removal but you will have knowledge on you side.
Good Luck!

its pretty self explanatory once you look at it. There is like 6 or 8 screws holding the bar in.

Your going to have one hell of a time getting the seals up off the t-top bar without ripping them though. Then again, I was replacing mine and didnt really care, so i just went to town on them.

Sounds good, didn't figure it would be too tough. I plan on replacing the weatherstripping at the same time. Anyone know if you can get the bar new from the dealer still? Thanks again. I'll try and get some pics of the a-pillar to show you what I'm talking about.
