Core Support Swap
Anyone here have any experience with cutting a clean core support from a donor car and replacing the one in your vehicle?

Care to share your experiences? Kind of job where you were swearing at the car for a few days, or what? 1-10 on difficulty scale?

wasn't to hard. I used a torch to melt the factory spot welds then just tack welded the core back in place. hardest part was just taking all the front end stuff off the car. I however used new GM radiator support parts.
lining it up isnt that hard either, I kinda bolted stuff back up before tacking it to the car, and where its tacked to the front frame rails just etch a line and use a straight edge to line it up.
