i've used spray guns alot.but never painted a car. but now i've been reading about clearcoat sanding and then buffering.the prob is that this paint is metallic .some of the sights say you can't use certian sandpaper among other things if the paint is metallic.so what do you guys know about this?what do i do?

A single stage metallic (CC) should not be wetsanded.

A clearcoated metallic (BC/CC) can be wetsanded and buffed out.

What are you trying to do?

When you're sanding and buffing a clear coat, you're doing nothing to the color coat or base coat. You're merely sanding and buffing out the top most layer which is the clear coat.

As for the paint, according to you, the guy wrote on the paintcan ready to spray right? So....it should be ready to sray...

Is this "ready to spray" paint in a spray can,or pint/quart container?

If it is in a container it will need to be mixed 1:1 with an MR reducer. Then cleared.

The clear.

The only thing that you add to the paint is an MR reducer.
