dashboard removal help

i spent some time serching the threads havent come across any related to what i need help with.
i have gutted the car, all except the dash. i have taken out the dash pad, and center consoles and about 30 screws from the dash itself, i have been following the diagrams in chiltons book. yet i can not seem to ether find all the screws or have missed an important step i dont know about as far as removing it compleatly.

any help would be great.

did you drop the steering column? It's easiest to remove the column completely, but you can just detach the two bolts that hold it to the underside of the dash and bend it down to have room to remove the dash. basically, you have the two steering column bolts, about 6 or so screws along the base of the windshild and one bolt above each kickpanel. That will allow you to remove the entire dash assembly including the wiring harness and the majority of the heater ducting.
