This seems like the only place I can see for a question like this, give the guy a break huh?Anyway to answer the question, like they say use some wd40 on the lock and latch assys inside the door.Do the manual lock levers inside work or do they feel stiff?I am assuming it is the right key for the locks. You might have to take the inside door panel off and reach in there and work the lock levers by hand after spraying the heck out of the mechanisms. That freed mine up after they rusted and froze up.If that works make sure and get some oil in there afterwords to keep it from happening again.Good luck...

It's quite possible that, through lack of use and maintenance, the locks are frozen. If so, you'll need to replace.

A shot of Lock-Ease from time to time will do wonders.

door lock problem

Thanks all-I was hoping to avoid having to remove door panel but after trying the wd or lock-ease, I'll see what happens. I assume the key is correct but from a guy ( he neglected 2 tell me of problem until after I purchased it)so can't verify but it opens the hatch & it's mate turns ignition fine.
