4th Gen TTop rack
Just curious, has anyone tried to fit third gen ttops into a fourth gen hatch rack?? I don't imagine they will fit well but if it is functional it has to be better than the bag. Thanks!

3rd gen tops are quite a bit bigger then 4th gen tops.
Personally I think the bag is alot nicer then the 4th gen setup that takes up the entire well.

This was brought up about 4 weeks ago, the answer came to them not fitting without a lot of fabrication. I haven't read anyone actually fabbing it up to fit the 3rd gens.

Usually the search brings up everything but what you need, but I did a search for this a while back and it was pretty unanimous that it wouldnt work. The amount of fabrication to the 4th gen holder that was necessary made it more worth while to make one from scratch. Not only are the 3rd gen ones larger, but they also have a different curve to them...all around totally different t-tops.
