No your not the only one with that problem, but I think most of us expect it on a 20ish year old car. As for the prices...they are so high because its a vehicle specific application that in relative terms is probably in low demand. There for it costs more per unit to produce than it would if they were sold in vast amounts.

So basicaly you can either live with what you got or spend the money to get new ones.

Value your input, but I tell you this, I have a 20 Japanese car, and hate to say it, but the weather stripping is still good.. I mean, I just painted that car (yes myself), pulled the weather stripping with not much care, and they were good.. no crakcing of flaking.. the camaro one, I look at is, and they brake... NOW, DONT GET ME WRONG< I love the car, but Beng objective about it, the quality on the plastic is not there... B

Now, HOW ABOUT A PLACE WERE I CAN BY SOME? ANY IDEAS?

This board is full of threads and sources to buy new weatherstrip. I would buy either GM or SoffSeal (available from JCWhitney, Summit, etc.).
